Cooling Anti Itch Gel Diphenhydramine Hci Topical Analgesic

My skin do not react well in hot weather and I get itchy, bumpy rash. Used aloe vera gels, cooling spray, hypochlorous, calamine, ice packs, takes lots of cooling showers - which probably dried my skin even further. All of which provides temporary relief before it comes back with a vengeance. I have eczema and try to avoid using steroid creams too much, but even that provides a transient effect and I tend to have residual pigmented patches on my skin. This summer has been particularly brutal, affecting my sleep, so in desperation bought this. Instant relief which was almost magical! No itching at all and the redness disappeared, with just one application. I applied it again after about 8 hours when the beginning of an itch started and before sleep, although I didn't actually need it. Huge bonus - the bumps also completely disappeared. That may also be due to a new soap I just bought. These 2 items are going to be my staple buy from now on!!

Bought this after i my Allergist used it on redness after an allergy skin test and was amazed how fast it took away my allergic skin reactions. It feels similar to an Aloe gel - it cools, is very smooth, non-greasy and absorbs right away. If you put a little more on your skin, it gets a little sticky (lint will stick to the area). No odor, easy to apply and super affordable. Works great on any skin reactions, mosquito bites, bee stings. It's great to have at home.

Adopted a new dog and it came with fleas!!! Ugh. They itched like crazy til I got this. It helped to dry up the hives and helped stop the itch. Grateful I could get it overnight too. Will buy again.

I had tried many different itch relief medications with nothing really helping. After reading numerous reviews I decided to give Benadryl Extra Strength Gel a try. I have to say it was very soothing and eased the irritation within minutes. It is now going to be my go-to for any skin irritation in the future. It has a very pleasant scent, and the application is extremely easy. I liked it so much I bought a second tub for my grandchildren. If you have any skin irritation I would definitely recommend giving Benadryl Extra Strength Gel a try.

I recently experienced an allergic reaction from an insect bite that left me covered in bright red, very itchy hives. It did help cool the skin and offered a small amount of relief, but it just was not strong enough for the level of itchiness I was dealing with. For my situation, it worked more slowly than topical hydrocortisone cream. The gel formula spreads easily and does not leave a sticky feeling, which I appreciated. It creates a light coating over the skin that can peel off if rubbed too firmly, something to keep in mind if you are applying it to areas that come into contact with clothing or bedding. Considering the size of the tube and the price point, I think there are more effective options available for intense itch relief.

Great product. Soothing, safe, absorbs great, very effective on insect, hives, etc. for any itching. Great odor and moisture effective, easy to use tube by a well known company - excellent value is a bonus!
