Good product and service.
Great product and service. Sent me the ebooks straight away when I emailed them to let them know I hadn’t received them.

Excellent Smoker and easy to use
Really love this smoker which I use with a Weber Genesis II. I've used a few smokers, but this with weber pellets has been a game-changer! Proper smoked food which is so moreish but with a gas BBQ. As others have said, I wish I'd found this sooner and if you're looking for a gas BBQ smoker, look no further!

Carpathen is the real deal
Was skeptical before purchasing after failing with the napoleon smoker tube. however is the real deal. Filled it up 3/4 full and lit with a torch for 45 seconds . (A must on how to get it going) let flame burn for about 10 mins or until wind blows it out as is usually the case. It produced solid continuous smoke almost 4 hours. Probably would burned longer if my bbq didn’t have such large gaps letting in air where the rotisserie ends are. The material is solid and I don’t see coming apart anytime soon. The tube has holes throughout the whole unit to allow for proper ventilation. I couldn’t be happier. The provider also includes two free e books with various tips and recipes. Along with a smoking guide time chart. I tried this without anything on the grill. Just wanted to see how this preformed. Believe all the other positive reviews. It works great.

Fantastic addition to my pellet smoker!
For years I used a horizontal charcoal smoker. Amazing flavor, but I literally couldn't leave it for more than 20 minutes for the entire 6-10 hours I'd smoke things. I decided to get a dedicated pellet smoker, which maintains the perfect temperature indefinitely . . . but tastes WAY less smoky than the old smoker. Enter the solution: The Carpathen Smoke Tube!!! I tend to do pros/cons to make it simple, so here you go: Pros: Inexpensive, but not cheap Very easy to use Adds a tremendous amount of extra smoke (I'm guessing it would even work in a normal grill) Easy to clean and store (even comes with a sleeve to put it in . . . which I never use since I leave it in the smoker) Friendly company Easy to transport (like if you are going to stay at a cabin with a grill) Cons: There's really one, and it isn't the fault of Carpathen. It still doesn't smoke as strongly as the old smoker. Is the temperature and ease worth the trade-off? 100%. But the fact is that the pellets just don't put out the same strength of smoke as whole chunks of dried wood. I like the variety and ease of the Smoke Tube, and I would highly recommend it to anyone with a pellet smoker or grill (or even other types, like electric or gas). I'm tempted to get a second one to see if doubling the smoke helps. I can't say enough good things about the Smoke Tube, and I've already gotten a few of my IRL friends to buy one.

Just as described. Produces many hours of smoke and remains lit.
This does just what it is supposed to do. After filling it with pellets and lighting them with a butane torch, this continued to burn for 4 or 5 hours. This turned out to be a very large amount of smoke when cold-smoking peppers, garlic, peppercorns and salt. The peppercorns in particular received so much mesquite smoke oil that a few were gooey and sticky. I imagine that when smoking larger cuts of meat, or a large quantity of items, that this would work well. I can't imagine needing more than this for a single smoking session, regardless of what is smoked, from seeded & halved hot peppers, to peppercorns, salt (spread out on aluminum foil), snack crackers, or garlic cloves. It's well-built, and has survived being dropped onto cement, as well as direct propane torch flame to several parts of the exterior, for far longer than needed. You may want to compare a smaller version if you're only cold-smoking cheese (a pound or so and smaller), butter, hot peppers, and spices. If you're cold-smoking large cuts of meat (before cooking via sous-vide, for instance) then this may be just the thing.
