MEDIUM HOLD | MATTE FINISH A lightweight hair styling clay that is ideal for hairstyles that require volume and definition without worrying about product weighing it down, particularly finer hair types. Its incredibly smooth and creamy texture allows it to be spread easily and evenly through thicker hair types as well. Creates texture and separation to long or short hair styles, and quickly absorbs into the hair which makes it feel fatter by adding body and thickness. Can be used for combed or messy hairstyles.

Review: Fantastic hair product - I've tried a few pastes over the years and I've never really been 100% satisfied with any of them. I eventually settled on using Axe's messy hair look because it gave my hair volume and it is relatively inexpensive. I eventually grew tired of Axe because it left my hair clumpy and it was difficult to style my hair with the product. I had been looking to getting Pete & Pedro's paste until I watched a youtube video review stating that both the Pete & Pedro product and the Mister Pompadour clay are basically the same product. Mister Pompadour offered free shipping so I gave it a try. The product is not cheap at around 20 dollars, but it is worth every penny. After trying the clay, I feel like I'm finally living in current times. The product is easy to apply, it gives my hair enough volume to cover my receding hairline, and my hair stays put for most of the day. The clay also washes off really easy. I have noticed that you will get a stronger hold if you apply the product to wet hair and then blow dry it. Again, the product is quite expensive in my book, but it is worth every penny, especially if you want that messy hair look to deal with loss of hair.
