The DR-10L and DRF-10LW are ultra-compact digital recorders/ lavalier microphone combinations. I saw a YouTube video of making a gaffa-tape holder that lets you place the microphone inside your shirt or jacket, completely out of the wind. I used the technique and I got no, again - NO wind noise at all. Recording to mini-SD cards worked well. I placed the card into a standard SD card holder, which fitted perfectly into my computer’s SD card slot. The audio transferred quickly with great resolution. By using a hand-slap at the start of your recording it is easy to sync up video and remote audio tracks in your editing software. This has been a good buy indeed.

**Q: Has anyone ordered this as of recent and still having problems with screwing it into the recorder? Alot of reviews in March complaining.**
A: I just ordered one resently... I haven't had any issues nor " with screwing it into the recorder"

**Q: Does this one have a max SD card size it can read?**
A: Generally 32GB. I’ve never had a 64GB or larger work but I don’t see how you would need anything larger than a 32GB

**Q: Will sdxc 32gb work in this?**
A: Anything above 32gb will not work.

En general muy buen dispositivo, muy confiable, el sonido es de calidad. Como para grabar documental y olvidarte del tema del sonido, mientras esté bien colocado no va tener mayores problemas. El único punto en contra, es que no sé si todas o sólo la mía, la goma que protege la ranura de la memoria microSD, es muy endeble y no se asegura bien: hay de dos, o quitársela, ya que la memoria queda un 90% dentro de la ranura y parece bien asegurada; o pegarle un trocito de cinta maskin para evitar que la goma se abra en una grabación. Y si se abre en realidad no pasa nada tampoco (algunos otras radios con grabadoras no la tienen), pero si está buena la protección extra. En general muy satisfecho. Hay que entender que es una grabadora, no es un transmisor.
