Trustworthy Hermie Sand
I absolutely love this sand. I have been using it for my hermit crabs for YEARS, and have never had any issues. It is the perfect consistency to help the crabs build their tunnels during molting, sturdy enough that it will hold the space secure for each molting crab. I also mist my tank down regularly, and this sand has kept my tank from flooding for years. The nice thing about it is that it just adapts to the moisture, I have never had ANY issues with tank flooding, mold growth, foul odor, or failed crab molting, with this sand. 100% Recommend every time! Good Quality
I found this an acceptable blend for my hermit crabs. It is a small quantity but I liked the texture as a topper once I got my play sand and coco coir mixed up. This doesnt dry out fast and it doesnt go rock hard. It stays a really nice sand castle consistency.
