Clinical cases are presented in nice way

Not worth the cost. Also, if you have Kaplan surgery then you have the word for word copy of this book. Covers a few things that Step up to Surgery is missing but only scratches the surface of topics. The book is tiny and short and honestly a waste of money. I would recommend 100 cases in surgery which is detailed and feels much more like prep for shelf exams, ck or cs.
