This is helpful for histamine intolerance
I’m very stubborn when it comes to trying anything… I have histamine intolerance and I’m always very hesitant to take things… Aside from eating low histamine and taking some natural herbs… But I tried this because I was covered in rashes… And no kidding the next day they were all gone and they haven’t come back since and it’s been a month… I’m also in Perry menopause so that oestrogen/histamine cycle is horrible… And this has kept things and checked… It also surprisingly has helped my skin clear up which is really weird but I think it’s just because I was oestrogen dominant and it kind of has even things out… Anyway if you’re on the fence and you have mast cell or histamine stuff going on… It’s worth a try… I figured it’s children’s… It’s not gonna hurt me… And it did lol
