Does this case fits the xs? (back camera cut out is different vs the x). i own an iphone xs with a uag urban gear, the camera cut out is not centered)

The XS and X are identical in size. Waterproof or sealed cases are the only ones that aren't backwards compatible. As this case is just a form fitting case it will work for both.

Bought case, love it but my iphone x screen is activating back and forth when i place it on a wireless charger i used pre-uag case. ideas?

Sounds like you have a weak wireless charger. I have 3 different wireless chargers and no issues.
