A little bit goes a long way and works well. You get more for your money than traditional brands and as I mentioned above, a little goes a long way. When my wife first applied it on the center of my back for some petty significant pain, I she used an amount about the side of a quarter and it felt like it took take days to rub it into my skin.. From that point on, she would use an amount about the size of a dime on one of her finger tips It took a bit to rub in but it was enough and worked well in relieving my pain.
