Machine not steaming and incorrect plug, we wish to return this item but I see it has an american return address We are not prepared to pay postage to America it will be far too expensive. There should be an address in Australia to return it to and even then we should not have to pay postage as the machine is faulty

Súper efectiva y fácil de usar, no pesa, fácil de manejar, no genera demasiado vapor pero para mi está bien porque mis pisos son pulidos y está perfecta, para limpiarlos, tengo 3 niños y mi piso es claro y lo dejan súper súper sucio, con esta de volada limpio el desastre y seca rápido, lo que si es que tienen que comprar mucha mopas para estarlas cambiando porque se mojan rápido y si no las cambias dejarán marcas de agua o si tu piso está demasiado sucio y no las cambias embarraras la mugre. Ya es la segunda que compro y seguiré comprando cuando no funcione esta.

I had previously purchased the Bissell 19401 Steam Mop, and like many others, the small plastic piece connecting the water tank broke within a mop of purchasing the mop. I had super glued it back together, but eventually it fell apart again. I purchased this version, the 1806 Deluxe Steam Mop because the water tank had a new design, and the old mop absolutely got the job done aside from that one piece breaking early on. I was hopeful. So far, this mop is awesome! I much prefer the placement of the scent discs as opposed to being in the mop head itself so that I don't accidentally throw them in the washer and end up with itchy clothes. That used to happen way too often. This new version has a slot for the scent discs, although there is also still a pocket in the mop heads. My old mop heads still fit this new machine too so I have plenty. I was excited for the grout scrubber and it worked like a charm. I feel like the images I've attached don't really do it justice, it's much more apparent in person. I did one quick pass over the grout in my bathroom and I feel after a second, more thorough cleaning, they will be spotless. Overall I'm really happy with this product. Sure, it stinks that I had to buy two mops to find that this one is far more superior, but hopefully everyone else will learn from my mistakes. It's worth the small mark up to go with the deluxe, BY FAR. Time will tell, but it seems durable and well made.

This steam mop works great on my tile floors. Cleans the tile so much better than a regular mop. Easy to operate, light weight and gets under furniture very well. I highly recommend this product to get your floors very clean. A very good value for the money.
