While the factory spare is discretely tucked away under the JT’s bed, outfitting your rig with 35” or larger tires will have you discovering the Gladiators departure angles to be comparable to an overloaded school bus. Bigger tires do get you over the big rocks, but your low-dangling spare will put an end to your fun in no time at all. Not to mention that lying flat on your back in the muck to access the spare for trail-side tire repair will have you questioning your position on the evolutionary chart. That’s why mounting your oversize spare, conveniently & securely, in the truck bed can be a tremendous advantage for off-roaders and overlanders alike. You’ll find this “pre-runner”-style Tire Carrier is not just striking in appearance, but engineered to deliver the goods with a hefty load capacity, handily hauling up to a 40-inch wheel & tire combo. Built from muscular 45mm diameter, 2.5mm-wall steel tubing and 5mm thick CNC cut & brake-formed steel plate, this carrier is rock-solid and designed to survive in harsh off-road conditions. The integrated wheel mount is adjustable to accommodate a variety of wheel offsets, while the carrier assembly installs to factory mounting locations for maximum strength & rigidity, with no drilling required. We finished it off with a sleek satin black powder coat to protect from the elements and a limited 5-Year Warranty to protect from everything else, making the Rugged Ridge Bed Mount Tire Carrier a sensible choice for Gladiator owners. ## Features - FITMENT | Fits 2020-2025 Jeep Gladiator JT - Built from muscular 5mm thick CNC-cut steel plate - Sturdy 45mm diameter 2.5mm-wall steel tubing frame - Adjustable wheel mount allows for a variety of wheel offsets - Mounts above bed surface to allow for hauling of plywood, flat cargo, etc. - Limited 5-Year Warranty ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08LB3M8JS | | Best Sellers Rank | #1,219,153 in Automotive ( See Top 100 in Automotive ) #961 in Spare Tire Carriers | | Brand Name | Rugged Ridge | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars (28) | | Finish Types | Powder Coated | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00804314327910 | | Included Components | Hardware and Instructions | | Item Dimensions | 27.5 x 13.5 x 9 inches | | Item Type Name | Spare Tire Mount | | Manufacturer | Rugged Ridge | | Manufacturer Part Number | 11546.71 | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | 5 Year Limited Warranty | | Material Type | Alloy Steel | | Model Number | 11546.71 | | Mounting Type | Bed Mount | | UPC | 804314327910 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Rugged Ridge - **Color:** Black - **Finish Type:** Powder Coated - **Item dimensions L x W x H:** 27.5 x 13.5 x 9 inches - **Material:** Alloy Steel ## Images ![Rugged Ridge Spare Tire Carrier | Satin Black, Bed Mount | 11546.71 | Fits 2020-2025 Jeep Gladiator JT - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71VPbc7qcFL.jpg) ## Frequently Bought Together - Rugged Ridge Spare Tire Carrier | Satin Black, Bed Mount | 11546.71 | Fits 2020-2025 Jeep Gladiator JT - Voodonala Air Conditioner Headlight Center Consoles Switch Knob Cover Trim for 2018-2025+ Jeep Wrangler JL JLU Gladiator JT 4xe Interior Accessories, Blue Aluminum Alloy 4pcs - JOYTUTUS Mirrors Doors Off Compatible with 2018-2023 Wrangler JL/JLU & Gladiator JT, JL Side Mirrors with Ball Adapter, Wider View No Vibrate & Wobble (NOT FIT 2024 2025 Wrangler & Gladiator JT) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/253938359-rugged-ridge-spare-tire-carrier-satin-black-bed-mount-11546](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/253938359-rugged-ridge-spare-tire-carrier-satin-black-bed-mount-11546) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
