Can i use this for potty training a rat.

Yes, my girls were only 10 weeks old the first time I used this and they went to it immediately!! Great! Last for about 10 days or longer before changing and one bag lasted for over 2 months.

Will this work with a rat?

Yes it works great for Fancy Rats. Ours automatically went to their potty tray when I started using this litter. I can use a regular vacuum hand held hose and the poo flies up and the litter stays, so I change out the litter after about 10 days.

Is the pricing of $65.70 correct for the 2 pack 8lb bag, (for a total of 16 lbs)?

No! Not at all! That's insanely high!

Will this stick to the bottom of my bunnys paws?

Yes; when the litter gets wet, it becomes a sticky substance. But it won't stick for long on your bunny's paws, it will come off as your bunny ventures around his/her cage. Personally, I prefer using bedding as litter, because it's less smelly, lasts longer, and doesn't make a sticky substance when wet.
