Received item already opened! Inside part the silver covering was already torn open. Shilajit has too much liquid texture.! Awful

Please do not buy this product it is absolute garbage I had been taking it for a few months and had no energy or motivation. This has heavy metals in it. This should be taken off amazon

Abgesehen davon, dass ich mich allgemein damit wohl fühle, werde ich spitz wie eine Tanne davon! Der Geschmack ist natürlich furchtbar und ich lasse es auch mehrere Minuten unter der Zunge beziehungsweise im Mund. So soll die Aufnahme am effektivsten sein. Werde es wieder bestellen und bin gespannt, wie es auf viele Wochen beziehungsweise Monate wirkt. Bisher nehme ich es etwa zwei Wochen, aber etwas zu unregelmäßig. Gutes Produkt !

I bought this product because I have a serious illness and wanted to make sure that I have all the trace minerals that we need in my system. Also, it did seem to help a little bit with energy, although not as much as some people have reported, but that may be because of my illness. The only downside to this product is its terrible taste. I take a lot of medicines and can tolerate a lot of bad tastes, but this is truly awful. I found if I mixed the pea size portion you need with about a half a teaspoon of molasses it dummed down the taste too tolerable, and did not leave an awful aftertaste. Failing molasses, you could use a pickle or lemon juice after you eat it to get rid of the aftertaste. I think this is a wonderful product and worth the small discomfort of a bad taste. Our farming practises in the west deplete our soil of micro nutrients, and this is not stressed enough, as micro nutrients are very important to our health even in very small quantities. Interestingly, even though this stuff tastes awful, my body seems to crave it, which only happens with me with the products my body thinks are good. I also think you might get away with taking it every other day. I highly recommend this product. It is very expensive, but it lasts a very, very long time and if you cost it out, it really isn’t more expensive than other vitamins. So you’re not shocked it looks exactly like thick black oil.
