After having blisters on my gums on and off for years my dentist recommended this brand of toothpaste and almost overnight the blisters were gone! Apparently a product that is in many other brands of toothpaste create inflammatory responses on some people's gums. I'm grateful for this product. While I"m not crazy about the flavors It is not worth loosing a star considering what a good job of whitening my teeth and healing my gums it can do. The taste is absolutely tolerable, kind of neutral, but I was hoping for the coconut taste from the label.
