Honestly I dont order anything that is a huge item or appliance. I am a little worried that I will not be satisfied with the quality. However, the elliptical I found in malls are so expensive so I decided to order online. I found good reviews about this, so I decided to pursue in purchasing it. And Im very glad that I chose this one. I receive the item as new, stable, easy to assemble ( me and my husband assemble this), and there is no noise when using it. So far, so good.
