Pathetic product-Stay away
Pathetic product quality. Worst than a low quality china product. Stay away from this hitachi brand. The vacuum cleaner did not even last for a few months. They are looting and fooling by mentioning it is made in Japan. We had Karcher before, it lasted for more than 5 years! I am filing a complaint for a return and full refund now.
