Meant for postpartum mums. And it turns out old ladies or anyone with cystitis or sore, sensitive bits. This came up as a recommendation in an Interstitial Cystitis/UTI group as an aid to help clean and soothe easily so I thought why not. And I’m so glad I did. It’s simple to use, works like a dream, not messy , easy to use (initially I thought it might be messy or awkward to use and it isn’t) and the freshness soothes discomfort easily. It’s small but holds enough water so you’re not constantly refilling and can use it every time you use the bathroom. It makes a real difference to comfort and confidence. I’m so glad someone in the group made the suggestion as I’d never heard of Peri bottles before. So value for money, it works effectively and helps. Try it.

I recently had a surgical procedure so I wanted this item to help as I knew I'd need assistance with rinsing during showers, and at worse, using the restroom. Luckily my recovery wasn't too bad so I haven't had trouble with the restroom, but I did test it out! It's fairly discreet since it comes with a reusable pink storage bag and the nozzle piece comes off of the top of the bottle. The material of the bottle is somewhere between silicone and plastic. It's flexible, but more sturdy like rubber so you don't have to worry about it collapsing in on itself or spilling everywhere limiting the functionality. I was easily able to bring this with me to the hospital, hotel, home etc. It has high portability and fits well in a purse. The water pressure is great and can vary based on how hard you push the bottle. You can go for a soft stream, or firmer for a harder spray. The angle of the nozzle is, I feel, the most important part that makes this different from other options. It is bent in such a way that you do not have to get crazy contorting your body to spray where you want or need to. The angle makes it extremely quick and easy to use. It's a huge value when compared to the cost of a bidet. I highly recommend!

Lo compré sin tener muy claro si iba a darle uso y se ha convertido en un imprescindible durante el posparto. No sé qué hubiese hecho sin él, es súper útil para limpiar la zona sin tener que usar papel cuando la sensible es extrema y hay riesgo de arrancar algún punto. Súper recomendado, la verdad.

Super pratique! Après l'accouchement, quand on urine ça peut piquer mais avec ça, ça permet de diluer l'urine en même temps qu'elle sort et ça soulage vraiment. On peut également s'en servir pour se rincer correctement si son saigne etc. Je ne pense pas me balader ailleurs que chez moi avec mais sinon c'est un indispensable !

This should be #1 on your postpartum list of products to buy! Great size, easy to use, keeps everything down there clean after labour (which is very much needed if you have stitches!). Fantastic value for money.
