Excellent quality and performance
Super comfortable and the break in process did not take long at all. As someone with high arches they also provide good support in addition to just feeling more explosive for reaction and jumping movements!

Worth Every Dollar!!!
Skeptical at first for the price but worth every dollar. I do a lot of work on my feet with protection dogs and constantly moving around and running. These fit perfectly in my Solomon shoes and now they feel even better than before. Will definitely be getting more insoles for other shoes!

Didn't Last Long Enough
I really like them and they helped my vertical on the basketball court but they have already broke on the toe part which makes them impossible to wear for me.

No "explosiveness", develops tendonitis due to design, gaslighting customer service made it worse
After suddenly receiving dozens of targeted ads on social media touting the almost magical abilities of the VKTRY carbon fiber insole to improve a vertical jump for sports such as basketball and volleyball, I thought I would try them. It was a minor disaster. The carbon fiber insole did not produce the "explosiveness" as advertised all over the website and packaging. Instead, the lack of cushioning and hardness led to tendonitis after just an hour of use. I was *not* going to write a review initially, but after contacting the sales team to ask how to return the product under the advertised return warranty, I was subjected to a multi-email gaslighting insisting there was nothing wrong with the product. The core argument was that the product works, and if I developed tendonitis, I must have used it incorrectly, or purchased the wrong ones. Now, I will say, I am a fairly thorough person in life. Despite looking for details on how to select the correct insole for my sports of choice, I saw nothing specifying that some had better cushioning for jumping. Also, nothing in the ads or the website or the product packaging discussed any contact with a support staff member pre-purchase to determine the best product fit.Rather than spend 30 minutes drafting various emails trying to shift blame on to each individual customer simply seeking to return an item that caused an injury, the company should fix its product, improve its website, use less generic marketing verbiage and be more precise, and redesign its social media campaign.

Don’t knock ‘em until you try them!
When I was first told about performance enhancing insoles I was a bit skeptical. After doing some research I was very impressed and had to find out for myself. Looking at all of the options on the market there was a clear choice of which I should go with and they were the VKTRY Insoles. The many videos I watched during my research sold me. Still a bit skeptical, once my new pair of insoles arrived I had to put them to the test. The first day of using the insoles it took some getting used to the new feeling of my shoes. They were really stiff and didn’t really form to my foot. That being said it is very important to follow the break in instructions because after the break in period they were amazing and performance aside they were just comfortable compared to the stock insoles of my Nikes. As a 230 lb male 5’ 9” these insoles definitely put a bit of pep in my step during activities like playing pickle ball. I’m not so much of a jumper but I felt like I could move quicker on my toes and even jump for some shots that I wouldn’t normally jolt for. At the end of the day these insoles 100% have benefits and I can see how they can really improve some already elite athletes. Lately with the weather getting warmer I have now been using this insole while hiking in my boots and they offer fantastic support on all types of terrain. If you have been wondering if these are worth the investment the answer is yes! I think that every pair of shoes no matter what they’re used for should have a pair of VKTRY insoles!

Great soles
Unbelievable quality, very comfortable.

VKTRY insoles too high for low profile soccer cleats
Theses insoles had an unexpected negative result when put in her soccer cleats. Since the VKTRY insoles are taller than the stock insole, your foot will naturally sit higher in your low profile cleat. In our case, the back of the cleat seats higher rubbing my daughter’s Achilles raw. I have to wonder if a different cleat or boot-type cleat would have made this a better experience.

Vertical jump
I've been playing basketball for a very long time; I bought the insoles because I read that they help with vertical jumping, but it didn't change anything and after 15 minutes the insoles were already damaged...
