Skar Audio Dual 8" 1400W Loaded SDR Series Vented Subwoofer Enclosure | SDR-2X8D4

I have owned at least 30 subwoofers from various brands and in every size from 6.5" up to 18" and these two little 8's are absolutely impressive. I have a Toro R4 amp and I believe this is a perfect match for these subs. I've been trying to find something that was loud and sounded good in my mustang,but nothing quite seemed to sound great until I gave these subs a chance. Still breaking these subs in so I haven't turned up the power yet,but right from the get go, it was loud! I've never owned Skar products before,but these little subs are no joke. For some reason they hit low, I guess the box is perfectly matched, but I never expected such deep base from a pair of mid level 8's. I'm feeding the pair about 400w at the moment, so it'll be interesting when I match the output to their RMS rating of 700w (combined). Got these at a good price ($220) so if you can pick these up for a similar price, you will not be disappointed.

Completely your audio system! These bass speakers are a real beast inside the car. From the moment you install them, the sound changes completely: the bass becomes deep, powerful and clean, with that rich vibration that only a good subwoofer can give you. It doesn't matter if you listen to reggaeton, trap, electronic, corridos tumbados or bachata with marked bass: these horns respond with impressive strength. The bass punch is sharp and precise. They don't sound "watery" or distort even if you turn up the volume to the maximum. You can see the quality of the cone, the suspension and the coil, which support high power without heating up or losing clarity.

Love it! Placed it in the back of my sequoia and made it sound so much better. These 8’s really put out some power. Good quality at a good price

Bought the pair of sdr8’s and paired them with the skar 800.1 amp. I am very pleased with the sound these put out. Some people think I got 12s in the back of my suv. They hit hard and low

No joke, these darn well pound when you put the power to them. I never expected these to hit so hard in a JKU. Amplifer was a Toro R4 amplifer. The box fits the trunk of a JKU nicely giving you enough room for the freedom bag, tools, groceries, etc. If youre looking for a small package on a good budget, no joke at all, youre getting more than what you paid for!
