How good is it at removing black heads?

It removed most of my black heads from the first time. I had black heads on my nose and on my chin and most of them are gone.

How long does it say to keep on? Does it dry out in that time?

The directions say to keep it on 15 minutes I believe. Mine did not dry completely in that time. I left it on about 20 minutes and it was still somewhat damp so I just went ahead and washed it off. :)

will this help get rid of pimples???

It helped for me. I suffer from occasional cycstic acne. Sometimes I would apply it directly on a pimple and leave it on overnight. The next morning any pimples or redness will have subsided. I highly recommend for cystic acne.
