What makes this food better for small breeds? Is it just smaller kibble size or anything else?

Small size and just a few ingredients.

Most recent order has a much smaller kibble. Did they change the formula??? My dog won't eat it.

That one TOW flavor (Appalachian) is especially for small breed dogs (like my miniature poodle) because of the smaller kibble. Check the description of the particular one you want to order -it should say if it is a small kibble. Amazon.com is always good about returns, so find a different flavor of TOW to try and return your order to swap it out.
