With most vitamins / supplements its is difficult to notice any results or effects. I will say this is one of the few I have noticed. I have been taking this for about 5 months now, and it has absolutely improved my resistance to getting sick. My girlfriend has had 3 bad colds in the past 6 months, and I have for the most part resisted 2 out of the 3. The one I did end up catching I would attribute mostly to sleep deprivation, but I can say it was much less severe than what my girlfriend had. It would be great if it was in that $9 -$10 range, but it's still a good value. I don't usually review products unless I feel strongly in one way or another, so I will quote the great Ron Swanson... "Son, you should know my recommendation is essentially a guarantee"

I take all kinds of immune boosters like Vitamin C, D3, Zinc, Elderberry, Echinacea, Quercetin, etc, but this one by far seems to be the most effective. This has become part of my daily regimen because I feel have a healthy sense of wellbeing.

I couldn’t tell if this vitamin made any difference.

Good product. No side effects or aftertaste. Not sure of the efficiency since it is a nutritional supplement.

After taking this for a while we noticed that we don't get sick as often as we used to; and have overall better health.
