I like the chocolate taste even with water it tastes better but on first day of consumption I felt heavy and didn’t get sleep in night maybe because of caffeine and green tea contents in it . Better to take direct after workout or morning in breakfast. Don’t use night especially before sleeping . Well its my first day lets see the results after ine month. Hope it will really change by physique.

Seal is broke and there is not thing after the cap seems that somebody have used it and half of the product is taken from the stuff and the smell is worst looks alike expired product put in it .

I've been using Carnivore Protien for decades and Shred for about 6 years. My stomach is sensitive to Whey & as Pro Bodybuilder, I didnt have time for that. I usually purchase it directly from MuscleMeds but took a chance here. Next day delivery is why I took that chance. Needed ASAP as I always wait until I'm out to panic. From the reviews most aren't athletes so complaining about the taste is expected.LOL. Shred Chocolate is my choice & Shred definitely helps with every workout as I lift heavy and every cardio session. It doesn't replace meals for those non athletes. It gives you the needed Push. Great product, my husband and I love this!!! I mix mine with almond milk but you can use milk, have not tried it with water as it state's..people are shocked when I tell them it doesn't taste like meat at all,has a yummy chocolate flavor shakes up well I love putting ice in my shaker seems to make it creamer,holds us over for a few hrs after our workouts and no digestive issues for us!!!! A winner we will keep buying this product
