For roughly $50., my swing arrived in 2 DAYS. :D (I also ordered my Hang-Bar, for my Door Frame. $20.00) It was easy to get set up and in place and ready for usage.*** Start at a Low Height, for Safety + lay a Yoga Mat down underneath with a layer of PILLOWS below, until you're sure of the SAFETY + SECURITY of the Hang Set-Up. We also use a folding small step-stool that helps us safely get IN + OUT of the swing.I played with a few configurations. At first, I wondered if I would really use it like it was intended. There are so many Options. The POSE CARD helped me get a few ideas. By the next day, I was finding more and more poses and exercises that I could do. It allows the bones and muscles to move, as THEY were intended. We can move this aparatus easily, from room to room. A proper, functioning door frame is essential, unless ur drilling it in.
