Although the picture, even at night, is perfect, it works best as a fixed camera and not pan and zoom. When I try to get the camera to move, it moves extremely slow, and only a little at a time. So I installed it towards the top of my house in the front facing the driveway. This was back in 2018.Last year, in 2019, I upgraded my phone, which led me to reinstall the app. Instead of the camera still being connected to the app like apps like MIPC does, I had to re-connect the camera again. That meant that I would have get the ladder out, take the camera down again, bring it in, just to connect it to the app. I chose not to do that. So I just left it there to at least use the light which comes on at night, and to deter unwanted "visitors".I recently purchased a different outdoor camera to finally replace this camera, and this one will go in the trash.

Great camera

It's made of plastic and not metal, so you have too be careful when tightening the screws.

This is half review and half a request for support.The camera is decent with a good picture. We are happy for the most part.At night the camera goes in and out of night vision mode, goes black and white and then color, and a white LED spotlight goes off and on randomly. There were no directions included with the camera. Is there someplace that I can download a manual? What are the proper settings for the night vision so that it stops changing modes? I included a screen capture of the current, default settings but there is no explanation as to what the mean.
