I ordered this as a gift and there is a missing part. Who do i contact for that?

Mine has a missing part too, very annoying. The bolts holding the seat to the base did not have anything to screw into. I improvised but Amazon (the named seller) should have been more careful.

Does the steering handle turn the wheels or are the wheels stationary?

The steering handle turns the front wheels. BTW. My grandson at 18 months was too small for it. Now he's 20 months and rides it around the apartment all day.

Are the wheels natural rubber latex (my child is allergic) or synthetic?

Surely not to scoot around

How can this product be an award winner. It's not practical. I should have gone with the reviews, babys legs get stuck in the back week. It's not at all practical. I will advice not to buy it.
