I bought this hoping my mom would enjoy it since she's a big fan of golden milk lattes. I, on the other hand, usually avoid drinks like golden milk or chai because I find them too spice-forward. To my surprise, we both loved this. The flavor is warm, cozy, and comforting without being overpowering. The turmeric and spices are well-balanced, making it a pleasant evening drink rather than something that feels too intense. It's become one of my favorite things to have before bed. I also appreciate the quality of the ingredients. The organic blend includes turmeric, ashwagandha, ginger, coconut water, and probiotics, and it's nice knowing there aren't unnecessary fillers or artificial ingredients. As I've been making more intentional choices about the products I bring into my kitchen, those certifications and ingredient quality were a big plus. If you're already a fan of golden milk, I think you'll really enjoy this. And if you're someone who's hesitant because you don't typically like spice-heavy drinks, don't write it off just yet. This blend is smooth, comforting, and approachable. I'll definitely be purchasing it again.

What's not to love about Garden of Life's "Golden Milk", it's amazing! We drink this almost every night about an hour or so before bed. This really calms the body and helps you sleep well. To make a really yummy drink, we use Mt. Capra whole goats' milk powder (the best we've found on the market). Use a frother and mix the goats milk into 8-12 oz of boiling water, add a tbsp or so of good honey, sprinkle organic cinnamon in and add a single scoop of the golden milk, mix it all very well and enjoy. It's sooo good! We tried another brand when amazon was out of stock for a while and it was just eww, so yuck! Nothing has compared to this brand so far. We have this on a subscription through Garden of Life's website as they removed the option from amazon. All I can say is, the ingredients are clean, the product taste good and we have noticed a better night sleep because of it. Do yourself a favor and give it a try!
