Arguably the most helpful " self help " book
I got to know of ths book through Chris's youtube channel. His delivery and practicality made this a no brainer for a purchase, it's packed with practical lessons that you can apply and interesting stories, Never Split the Difference is very digestable to beginners of this genre. Some of the lesson's taught in the book work like magic when you apply them , and have very much changed my perception of a negotiation.Easily one of the best purchases I've ever madeThe book was in a great condition and arrived wrapped in plastic with contactless delivery, which is very much appreciated during this time

Excellent - Great Insights
This is an excellent book which I would recommend to anyone who is looking to improve in communication, regardless of what field, profession, or stage in life they are in. There are many easy and practical steps that are outlined in the book. The author mixes in his personal experiences to really allow the reader to understand the concepts discussed. I would strongly recommend this book to everyone!
