What size pole fits this! My inter pole is to small apparently.

Walmart has a pole that works for 24.99 :) I looked everywhere on amazon and found some but nothing that would clearly be the right fit. The Walmart pole is awesome and will fit the brush head I got as well

How does this do with removing algae?

will not work on algae or dirt. It goes through the netting. Works great for leaves or small twigs that have sunk to the bottom of the pool. I use mine weekly as we have no screen room around pool and leaves constantly get in pool. I try to get them from top but ususally overnight they sink to bottom. This works great on sunken leaves.

What size pole do you need for this? I have the Intex pole and it will not fit!!!
