The Sonic Boom M2 High Speed Rope is yet another product by Epitomie Fitness that I am extremely pleased with, these guys definitely know how to get things right. The product comes in a smart looking box and also includes a draw bag both of which include a nicely designed logo. Inside the box are easy to follow instructions to adjust cable length and a link to free jump rope training videos. The product itself comes with two lightweight ropes one in red and one in black. The ropes are easy fixed into the handles and also removed from them simply by pressing down on the button on top of the handles. The locking system is great and keeps the rope in place. The product overall is easy to hold and very lightweight. The M2 High Speed Jump Rope is a great alternative to running to get in some aerobic conditioning during lockdown. I'm happy with it and highly recommend it.

First off, packaging felt very high quality and everything inside was neat and easy to unpack when I opened it up. I personally really like the style they used on the cover. With the two cables, one red and one black, I found it kinda nice to set the look on the jump rope itself. The ropes are pretty durable, as using it for around a week, they have remained in a good condition with no scratches or tears on the material encasing the rope itself. I didn't need to cut the rope, but seeing how it would of went if I had to, I found it kinda difficult to cut the rope. The handles felt very sturdy, and gripping the handles while using it felt comfy with the silicon material they used. It's weighted pretty good as well. The mechanism to feed the rope into the handle was the best thing for me. It felt so easy and simple to hold down the lock, feed the desired amount of rope in, and let go to instantly lock on with a tight grip. The fact this eradicates the need for screws is a huge thing for me. The ball bearings they used near the ends felt like it helped with the 360 rotation of the jump rope, with it feeling very smooth and responsive. All in all, a very solid jump rope and worth the asking price in my opinion. Is very sturdy and the speed it offers is very solid.

I love this jump rope! I ordered the Sonic Boom Speed Rope from Amazon.com several weeks ago and have been using it daily for about a week. The Sonic Boom Speed Rope is now a staple of my daily exercise routine. Before starting an exercise session, I always start with an easy stretch and once I am warmed up, I do a jump rope session with Speed Rope. I'll do a light session with the speed rope that gets me warmed up and feeling ready for an intensive cross training exercise session with weight lifting and a 3 mile treadmill run. My usual exercise routine ends with a high-intensity, 5 minute speed rope session. The sonic boom speed rope is easy-to-use and an excellent cardio work out. It is not clunky like other jump ropes that I have used and I plan on bringing it with me on vacation and road trips. Comes with a sturdy and convenient carrying case, too.. The cable design is ingenious. Love this product.
