overall good but after time of keeping my my desk started to smell however it is mentioned on the label that it is shelf stable and no refrigeration required.

This thing works!

After months & months of gastro issues, lots of unexplained weight loss and every medical test in the book, I still had few answers. My Doc recommended a probiotic but the cost was too expensive & not feasible but I knew I needed to try one. This was recommended by a friend & after 40 days I have better results than anything else from the last year. I've even gone to 1 pill every other day and I'm hopeful that my gut continues to improve. No true medical info but it's helped me so much and perhaps it's worth a try for you. This is a wonderful product. It was recommended to me by my internal medicine doctor. He had used it for a number of years and highly recommended it.
