Lanolin is the best source for vitamin D. It comes from sheep wool when it's washed. It does not come from the skin of the dead animal.

Este complemento alimenticio de Solgar está muy bien en comparación con otras marcas que son más flojas en cuanto a su concentración. Además este se presenta en la forma que mejor procesa él organismo con el colecalciferol. Viene en cápsulas que son muy fáciles de tomar por su tamaño y la dosis recomendada es solo una cápsula al día durante las comidas lo que resulta muy cómodo. Yo lo compré para la búsqueda de embarazo puesto que se ha demostrado que es importante tener unos niveles adecuados previó a la búsqueda. La vitamina D influye de forma importante en el sistema reproductivo femenino y es inmunoreguladora por lo que es importante tomarla. Pese a que en España en general luce bastante el sol no suele ser suficiente para sintetizar esta vitamina por lo que es habitual que casi toda la población tenga déficit y sobre todo en el norte!! Para conocer tus niveles de vitamina D tendrías que realizarte un análisis de sangre. Reseñar también que estas cápsulas son un complemento alimenticio y no un medicamento por lo que si tus niveles son demasiado bajos se te quedarán un poco cortas y necesitarás un medicamento para subirlos de manera más considerable. Estas sirven para continuar después del tratamiento que te tendria que prescribir por ejemplo el médico de cabecera. 👍🏻Espero que os sea útil esta información y suerte a todas las futuras mamás. 👍🏻

Solgar vitamin D3

I appreciate Solgar selling vitamin D3 separately from K2. The reason being my blood work showed my doctor that when I buy things over-the-counter it'll have too much of one or not enough of the other and I can't ever get the one that's combined correct. So she suggested me buying vitamin D3 from Solgar separately from K2. So I bought both of them separately and both from Solgar. Now I'm getting the exact amount I need. I've been a user of Solgar products for a long time and I've always been pleased with the quality. Plus I have a hard time with digestion so these really work well because they digest easy. And I don't think the price is terribly bad. No side effects or anything. Win-win!
