**Q: Is St. Joseph just for selling or for when buying a house?**
A: He has been used for both. Under Catholic belief and history St Joseph was the earthly protector of his holy family, who saved the baby Jesus by fleeing into Egypt and found a new home for them there. Although it is believed to have begun only in the 1970's some stories go back as far as  the1500s, St. Teresa of Avila couldn’t find property for building a new convent. She asked the nuns to pray for St. Joseph’s intercession and to bury blessed medals of him. It worked. So use him either way - but remember to sell - bury him upside down in the FRONT of your house and remove him and place him in a prominent place in your new home.

A: This is St Anthony..not Joseph...you are not supposed to separate the card from the statue. I keep mine in the plastic bag and keep in purse.

A: My daughter and son in law went to see homes that were for sale. I made sure he put Saint Anthony in his pocket and that day they found the house and their offer was excepted. Enclosed is a pray say it everyday

A: At Anthony is for when you lose or misplace something.  You say a little prayer St Anthony please help something’s lost and must be found.  St Joseph is for selling your house he comes with instructions and you take him with you to your new house.
