Disappointed
Received very poorly made version of sign, not in box and without USB cable (came with standard plug instead). Wiring connections exposed and poorly soldered. Returned instantly.

Buen producto pero tengan en cuenta que puede llegar maltratado si es pedido internacional
El producto cumplió mis expectativas en cuanto tamaño e iluminación (mediano y luz neón brillante pero no chocante) sim embargo no tiene adaptador de USB para conectar eso le resta una expectativa supongo que viene detallado en alguna parte y no lo observé la primera vez pero es una desventaja y la segunda es que llegó maltratado y roto de una parte, se me fue entregado hasta México temia ese riesgo por ser entrega internacional así que tengan esto en consideración si lo van a comprar internacionalmente yo por ejemplo gustaría comprar de dos más productos de la línea pero no me voy a arriesgar por lo mismo.

Colorful, Great customer service
Love the light. Hangs on Sons wall. I did have a problem about 3 weeks after having it on all the time. The light went out on half of the sign. Great customer service! They sent a new one, arrived in 2 days, will send old one back free shipping return. Son is happy again! Great sign! Light weight.

Soooo pretty!
Definitely a lighter shade of blue than i thought, but very beautiful i recommend to anyone who loves neon signs! Worth it. That’s all.
