What hair colors is this dye for? what's the darkest shade this will work on? light brown? dark blonde?

I was bleach blonde and the color didn't turn out like the color on the box at all! I wouldn't recommend this color unless maybe you had black hair and wanted a subtle tint of grey.. But it fades so quickly it's not even worth it.

I have dark brown hair & use this color. It doesn’t “pop” like it would on lighter hair. But it is noticeable on my hair, especially in the sun.

What level developer comes with the mettalic silver?

I don't know as I gave the color to ny hairdresser and she put it on but I will say I love the color and it gave my hair lots of body - I already bought another one for next time I need it
