Works perfectly fine
Works perfectly fine. No complaints besides the range sometimes fluctuates so I have to reconnect to the wireless extender. Worth the money.

I would not recommend this; TP-Link needs to improve
You would buy this product for 2 reasons, 1) you heard it supports OneMesh; or 2) you want to use it as an AP and extend the wireless coverage in your home. This device comes with 2 operation modes, one is extender i.e. it catches wireless signal and extends it (this is the only mode where OneMesh is supported) and the second mode is AP mode i.e. where it uses the wired connectivity and extends that further. The OneMesh on this (and unfortunately most other brands as well) support Mesh with wireless backhaul only, meaning that even though this device has an ethernet port, you won't be able to enjoy the speeds you like because it won't work in mesh. This is a huge drawback for me, considering that I'd rather put the AP in the further corner of my home where I get very low signals. So if it has a wireless backhaul this means, it will catch a bad signal and will be limited by the speed of that signal; thus I won't be getting good speeds that I can get otherwise using proper devices. I have a TP-Link Archer C7 (V5), which supports mesh, but I wasn't able to use it properly as I mentioned above. Another issue I had, when I did set it up in the wireless backhaul mesh mode was that both the speeds of my main router and this AP were really slow for some reason. I am going to take a guess and say it's because of the congestion or the fact that the wireless backhaul was trying to us one of the channels (2.4G) as the other one had a weak signal. The AP connectivity was very weird on this device. While trying to connect it via AP mode (after already trying to create the OneMesh as I mentioned above); it would create another "Open" wireless network named 'HT_AP1' and I couldn't seem to turn it off, I also updated the firmware to the latest version but no use. Anyway, after much fiddling around, I realized, I had to go back into my main router (Archer C7) settings and remove this device from the OneMesh connected device list. First, in AP mode, where it uses the wire, it doesn't support OneMesh. Second, it was creating issues for me, so once I removed the device. It seemed to work fine, but who know for how long until it creates that open network once again. Another main drawback of this device is that the ethernet port is not Gigabit, so the AC1200 speed that it markets will never be realized, the max it will give you (as I tested it) is 97Mbps download, far lower that what you should expect with AC1200. I couldn't understand and resolve the issue, so I decided to return this device back. I wish TP-Link were paying more attention to what devices they are making.

Easy installation. Works perfectly
I bought it because my apartment's WiFi didn't reach my bedroom. The installation was really easy, following some simple steps, and the quality of the signal is great. Highly recommended

Very good, as advertised...
All good with device, as it does what it's supposed to. I had zero wifi signal in the master bedroom befire, so i fixed it as recommended half way between the room and router, and now i get 3 bars with a great connection as im able to surf or stream anything.

Essential for users with terrible WiFi
I am over the frickin moon! I am with Sky and the Sky hub sucks, the WiFi is terrible and even 2.4ghz can barely penetrate the walls in my home. 5ghz was never even an option! All despite my hub being just 2 meters from my devices (behind a wall). This device worked flawlessly, instead of my Hub wifi penetrating the wall, the WiFi in this device did it instead and repeated the signal perfectly with full bars. Setting it up was a breeze, especially if you use WPS but using the app (TP-Link Tether) is just as easy. You can also connect an ethernet cable to the extender to turn a wired connection into a wireless connection but you need to change the mode of the device via the app. Long story short, I've now got perfect WiFi throughout my home which I didn't have before. I highly recommend this item :D

Good enough!
Works well. It has extended our Wifi range well -we can now get Wifi all over the house and it's just a quick as connecting directly to the router. We live in a standard four bedroom house and it only just about extends everywhere - there is still a weak signal in one of the bedrooms. I was hoping it would reach the garden as well but doesn't quite make it hence dropping a star - however it can easily be moved to different positions in the house. It's easy to get setup and connect- just takes a few minutes. It looks OK and is small enough to not completely block a double plug socket.
