overall excellent qulaity headset. the only changes i would make are:1) make the mic boom maybe 1cm longer2) put a little bit more padding at the top of the headband.3) have slightly larger ear cups. i do understand that the cc550 does have larger ones and that this is a lower model. i would have liked to purchase that one instead but couldn't find stock and i needed one ASAP. just wanted to give feedback that they were a little small.overall the quality is stellar. great build quality and very comfortable to wear. well worth the money.

Headset says new but is used

The product is worthless without the connector cord.Description isn't clear that you need to buy something else.The product cannot be used without both pieces.Why would you sell a partial something?

I had very high expectations for this headset, but the sound was terrible and the phone audio cable wouldn't work reliably (it would only work sometimes on my smart phone/computer). So, between the bad sound quality and the unreliable audio cable connector, I had no choice but to return the product. I really needed a high quality headset that would provide quality audio (comparable to the current Bose headset that I have) but also incorporate a high quality noise cancelling microphone.
