You are not buying a professional technogym bench. But for the price this is a very good purchase! I am 90kg and I find it very stable and solid. It is MUCH better than the professional bench in my gym. In that one the range of motion is limited, I bought this one because I needed a proper range of motion due to problems in my back. I am 100% happy with the exercises this bench allows. The item was not difficult to assemble, all nuts and bolts were neatly organized and pieces fit well with no struggle. You find the wrenches in the package but, obviously, it’s easier if you have proper tools. I assembled alone with the tool provided. Had there been two persons and proper tools, assembly would have been a breeze. I am very happy with my purchase

broke into two pieces in the middle of the exercise, I fell down on my face. pure luck of no injury. outrageous weld quality seam on one side of the steel frame only. check it before use!

This is not a foldable Roman Chair.

This was the least expensive angled hyper-extension bench I could find around. Moreover, I wanted one that could be collapsed when not in use since I am in short of space and didn't want something that permanently fills my space. This fits the description well. I fold it and lean it against a wall when I am not using it. I paid $102 + tax. Surprisingly, I am 5'10" and I have set the seat height to its lowest level! So, I am not sure how shorter people are using this (in the reviews, I read some shorter people had no problem with it). Since I have just recently bought this, I can't speak of its durability. It does seem well sturdy for my weight (80kg). On another note, it's not too heavy hence easy to carry around. It is greatly helping me preventing back spasms during these times of covid-19 where I stay home sitting in front of my computer for long periods of time which makes me prone to back spasms. Update #1: I have had it for about 8 months now and I have been using it fairly regularly during this time and it has held up well so far. I use it to strengthen my lower back and glute muscles as well as the core muscles on the sides of my stomach. Update #2: 4 years and still as solid as day one. I have learned that I can also use it to work my mid/upper back muscles. So while positioning in the device, instead of bending my entire back, I only bend my upper back and straighten it up. This movement engages my mid/upper muscles.
