Do you need to refrigerate after opening?

Yes after it’s open it does go in the refrigerator. I put mine in ice cube trays and take them out every day as I need them.

Can i use this to cook chicken soup for my dog?

Yes you can. It's real chicken broth. It can also be used as a food topper. The price is also very reasonable. I've checked the pet stores and it can be pricey for broth. Ounce for ounce the price is right and the product is excellent.

Are there nutritional facts for this product and the vitamin breakdown?

There is an ingredient list and guaranteed analysis of ingredients. If you go to one of the images of the box you’ll see the nutritional info.

what is the sodium count?

I contacted the company and here’s their response: “ The sodium content is 0.06% on an as-fed basis, 1.83% on a dry matter basis, and 34.02 milligrams (mg). Caru's Free Range Chicken Bone Broth is made without any added salt / sodium. However, there is sodium in the broth that comes naturally from the ingredients.”
