You would need more than a bottle to treat that much water. I would use Prime made by Seachem which is available in larger containers. **Q: Does Stress Coat soften the water? (Ca+ removal)** A: No it just makes it safe to add tap water right to you Display tank **Q: Is there such a difference between this stress coat and the Tap water conditioner? Should be okay with just one of these to make the tank safe right ?** A: Both products are a type of water conditioner that makes water safe for fish. API Stress Coat has the added benefits of Aloe vera versus Tap Water Conditioner does not have aloe vera in it. **Q: Is it reef safe?** A: Used it once during big water change... corals closed up just slightly but used several other products at once so can't pinpoint exactly what it was. Recovered 100% in a few hours.
