I thought this was going to be brilliant but there are far too many ingredients that are not available here as this is obviously aimed at the American market so a bit of a waste of money in my view but I will adapt certain recipes so it’s not all bad.

I have just received my copy of "The Diabetic Cookbook and Meal Plan for the Newly Diagnosed" and I am immediately impressed by what I see. This book will be a great help to me in getting a grip on my diabetes. Looks great!
