can i use this jelly in my baby daiper area he is 3 months old?

This is essentially petroleum jelly and used to moisturize dry skin and i believe is one of the safest to apply on skin. However I would not combine any different powders/creams. For a final precaution, apply a bit on the child's inner elbow and see if there is any reaction, before using in diaper area.

Seems less effective for dry feet than pure petroleum jelly

My wife has been using pure petroleum jelly for her dry feet. I bought this for her since it was a great price. But even though she used it copiously, it did not work for her as well as the pure petroleum jelly.
