Vitamins what else can I say.

I'm so glad I've discovered these vitamins and have never felt better since I started taking them. For a long time, I was training hard at the gym and trying to eat a balanced and varied diet in order to get as many vitamins and nutrients as possible but I would get ill regularly - nothing serious but plenty of colds, bugs and I frequently felt run down and generally fatigued. Whilst I was attempting to get all the required vitamins and nutrients through food, it was clear that I wasn't so I decided to try these Wellman Sport vitamins, which are designed for anyone participating in regular sports and fitness activities. They're easy to swallow and contain higher dosages of essential vitamins and nutrients compared to a typical multi-vitamin. After a couple of weeks I started to feel like I had much more energy and the colds and illnesses stopped. I've now been taking them for a couple of years so thought it was about time I posted a review. I really can't rate them high enough as they've been invaluable to me and my overall health has improved significantly. If you train regularly then they're essential.

Great item

Like many, I'm not really sure if these have any real benefit or whether it's just the placebo effect !? I took these consistently for a long time and whilst I can't say for sure I felt any better for it, during all the time I used them, I never got a cold or had flu, which prior to using them, I would always catch a cold and would struggle to shake off longer than anyone around me ! Can't say I felt any more energetic for having taken them though. I now only take them from Autumn through winter and alternate them with cod liver oil capsules (extra high strength) every other day. Between them, they seem to keep colds at bay and working out at the gym twice a week, seem to ease the inevitable aches and pains on my poor ageing bones ! Do they actually do anything (?) , not sure but if they help minimise the effects of colds, aches and pains, I'll carry on using them. Plus, these are £10+ a box in the chemists and supermarkets, almost half price here, just shows what a rip off the shops are ! Two months for the price of one !

Use this all the time. To me, its one of the best multivitamins around.
