Where is this toothpaste made (country of origin?)

Ultradent is located in South Jordan, Utah. That is where all of their product is made. I first used this toothpaste when I was given it for running a booth at their employee benefit fair (I work for a credit union, so we were promoting our accounts at that event). Been hooked ever since!
