Not good as expected, it's a cotton tape and not sticking properly on my angle , also it's not water resistant.

Excellent pain relief, support and adhesive quality for sensitive skin
Fabulous tape which stayed on for a week and didnโt irritate my sensitive skin. Used it on my painful and inflamed knee. I watched a video on how to apply and was far easier to apply than I thought! I have rheumatoid arthritis and suffer flares with various joints. The tape is immensely helpful in self management and allows me to continue to exercise and keep moving during painful flares. For example, my knee was supported and enabled me to use the spin bike and do squats and lunges which I otherwise would not have been able to do without causing injury and increasing inflammation. High recommend.
