disclaimer: this is based on my own personal experience. in the beginning i found it really good and does the job by keeping my mouth feels fresh even after drinking coffee. i only gargle once a day which is at nighttime. however, on the 3rd night, i noticed a swelling on my left jaw. then it came worst that I had to visit an ENT doctor. it turns out, i may be sensitive to one of its ingredients. i then checked and read the product warning which mentions the same so I stopped to use immediately.
