This is my first time using this product. It was delivered on time, package looks good. But when i opened it, the gel part is hardened up, inside the package. Waited overnight, still hard, nothing is coming out. What to do?

Excellent product!

I buy this item regularly because it’s the only kind I can use and not have an allergic reaction.Twice now the top of the bottle comes off and all of the deodorant comes out. It’s to expensive to waste and that’s what happens.
