Are the dolls hard plastic or rubbery?

Both. Hard plastic from the waist up. Rubbery the waist down. My daughter said that they are durable. She told me that the bottom half can pop off, but they go back on very easily.

Can you provide the box dimension and weight? To calculate my shipping cost

I am not sure of dimension ad weight. Proceed to checkout and review costs before completing order. I would think shipping costs would be calculated then. It’s plastic, so shipping should not be too terribly expensive I would imagine. Prime members get free shipping so I have not been concerned with shipping since becoming a member.

Does it include the tiny dolls?

Yes it comes with 2 dolls and a tiny puppy.

What is the attachment looking thing on top of the parking garage for? It’s on the left hand side where the car goes up.

It’s goes up and down. Put the car behind it and lift, wheee the car goes down the little ramp.
