Homedics Sport Collection Hot and Cold Sport Rechargeable Handheld Massager with Vibration - HSM-300HC (White, Pack of 1)

Had a similar thing before and this is an updated version, and YES it really does both HOT and COLD.

1) It's pretty noisy2) It genuinely can go from hot to cold - not freezing cold like ice, but let's say cool.3) Corded massagers are more powerful, but this one isn't bad4) You have to charge it for something like 6 hours to get 45 minutes worth of power

used to perform massage for lower shin pain, and back issues. The heat function really does work, although the vibrations can be uncomfortable if too high.
