I rate it an 7/10 for effectiveness. Don't know where the product comes from but it tastes like the way camphor smells. I put a tablespoon in a pint glass and turn the faucet on spray, and that seems to mix it up well. Does not actually seem to dissolve in any way but is just suspended in water. If you drink it fast you won't have to taste it too much...

This works amazingly well! I’ve been on a GLP1 for a year now and have been severely constipated for the most part of it but really the last 4 months and this made me go and fast! And normal which I haven’t gone in a long time! I definitely recommend this product. It is thick like thickener if you use more than recommended daily but is so worth it!

I put a tablespoon in a blender with a protein powder, 10 ounces of milk, four ounces of berries, and two packets of sucralose. It mixed well and without significant residue. The result tasted fine. I’m pleased.
